Izero Lee Entrepreneur in Residence

Izero (李明哲), born in 1978, during his studies at the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University (NTU EE), founded then-largest BBS community in Taiwan, known as "不良牛牧場."

In the year 2000, he joined the founding team of EIMG(formerly KKBOX), and over his 21 years at KKBOX, he held various positions from engineer to CTO, COO, and eventually became the President and Vice Chairman of KKBOX International Ltd. During this period, he and his team created several world-leading innovative products and services. In addition to his accumulated experience in startups and the tech field, he further enriched his knowledge in management and strategic planning by earning an EMBA degree from the College of Management at NTU.

From mid-2021 to September 2023, he served as the CEO of the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA), consistently driving the internationalization and industrialization of Taiwan’s cultural content industry through the power of innovations, technologies, and capital.

Izero firmly believes that the powers of technologies and capital are the most critical drivers of progress across various industries and hopes to continue making unique contributions by combining his past practical experiences.
